The Platform and Queen Lillian are developing a mixed-use building on Woodward and Stimson. An office building was originally envisioned for this site in 2013, before changing to apartments in 2016. In November 2020, the current project, Woodward West, broke ground. It will include 204 apartments and 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. It is expected to open in 2022.
