Native Detroiter and former University of Michigan and NBA player Chris Webber's Players Only Holdings is developing the Webber Wellness Compound, a cannabis operations and training facility. It was also include a cultivation facility, a dispensary and a consumption lounge. Construction is underway and the first phase of the 180,000-square-foot, $50 million dollar facility is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
