What's happening?
This $36 million project, led by Develop Detroit and Preservation of Affordable Housing, broke ground in August 2020. It includes 68 apartments, 12,000 square feet of retail space and 164 parking spaces. Some units are affordable, with several reserved for veterans who have experienced homelessness. Opening is expected in 2022.
