Tekton Development, Civic Companies and Robertson Brothers are co-developing the Scripps District (also known as The Towns @ Scripps Park) on the Scripps Mansion site in Woodbridge. The site comprises multiple parcels at Trumbull and Selden Street and will include 65 new for-sale townhouses, several retail spaces and community green space. The developers also plan to restore the 1900s Scripps Mansion Power House at 3664 Trumbull St.. In February 2022, the project was approved for $192,481 in state tax capture through the Detroit Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
