What's happening?
Robertson Brothers Homes is developing the Townes at Pullman Park townhomes on the site of the former Friends School, demolished in 2019. The first set of condos were listed for sale as near completion in 2022. Units range from 1,331 to 1,618 square feet. Robertson Brothers purchased a portion of the Pullman Parc property from Pasteur Homes in 2020, which had previously planned to develop 81 for-sale units.
