What's happening?
Developers George N’Namdi of the N’Namdi Center for Contemporary Art and Roderick Hardamon, CEO of URGE Development Group, broke ground on the Osi Art Apartments in 2020. The $6.6 million new build in Woodbridge will include an art gallery and retail spaces, with a facade designed with artist Osi Audu. Half of the units will be targeted for tenants making 80% of the area median income. Completion is targeted for 2023.
