Developers MHT Housing, Inc and Nassar Companies LLC were awarded $671,000 in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit funds to aid in their development of 33 affordable units for the MLK on 2nd project in July 2021. Affordability will be based on 30-80% area median income, and the total project cost is estimated at $8.3 million.
