Developer Civic Companies is currently redeveloping The Kaul Glove Building to offer office space for companies and individuals looking for co-working space. The building formerly had factory usage and will be converted to commercial space, mostly maintaining its original character. The building is 20,175 square feet and has four floors available for building usage. Office space is currently listed for lease though the building is under construction.
