Developer Christos Moisides is rehabbing 2529 Orleans St. in Eastern Market, with IHeartMedia Inc. announcing in February 2022 that six of its radio stations had leased 11,000 square feet of space. The $24 million redevelopment project is underway at the former Detroit Brewing Co. building and buildout for iHeartMedia is expected to be completed in mid-2022. Moisides purchased the property in 2020 from ASH NYC for $4.1 million and sought $1.08 million in tax abatements.
