Kalamazoo's Innovo Development Group broke ground on a 425,000-square-foot industrial building at the Gateway Industrial Center park in Northwest Detroit in early 2022. Innovo is also refurbishing the park and its occupied existing buildings. The new facility is being offered for lease by JLL.
