Jason Headen and Chase Cantrell of Speramus Partners are rehabbing the vacant building in McNichols west of Livernois they purchased in 2019. Brian Jones-Chance, majority owner of 734 Brewing Co. in Ypsilanti, will operate a brewery as the anchor tenant for the 8,000-square-foot building. Other tenants could include retail or restaurants.
