Wallick Communities and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan have partnered to purchase and redevelop the former Lewis College of Business into affordable units for seniors. The $20 million project will feature 105 affordable units at 30-80% area median income in the former college buildings, as well as a new four-story building.  The project received a $700,000 Low Income Housing Tax Credit award from the state in 2021.
